1. Introduction and Eligibility

bdt1k ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and bdt1k.

By accessing our website bdt1k.cam, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Together, these three documents form the complete legal framework governing your use of the platform.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being cancelled at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited.

• Your name, mobile number, and email address must be accurate.
• Your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) must be registered in your own name.
• Payment methods registered under a third party's name may not be used.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3. Age Verification

bdt1k services are available to individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity.

If it is established that a user opened an account or participated in gaming while underage, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on our platform is ৳200. This minimum limit applies to all payment methods. We support the following payment methods:

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using any strategy to abuse the bonus system (such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Other promotions and special offers provided from time to time will have their own terms, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion announcement. Where there is a conflict between the general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on bdt1k are operated fairly and securely. Please keep the following in mind while gaming:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If there is a dispute regarding a game result, the game server log will be considered the final basis for resolution.

6.2 Sports Betting

Additional rules apply to betting on cricket, football, and other sports. No bets will be accepted after the betting cutoff time. If a match is postponed or abandoned, the situation will be handled in accordance with the betting policy.

6.3 Live Casino

All applicable game rules must be followed while participating in live casino games. The live dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection, the situation will be handled in accordance with the betting policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt1k platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Betting using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Gaining unfair advantage through collusion or match-fixing.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Gaining unfair advantage through chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Playing games or placing bets using a third party's account.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Our Rights

bdt1k reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. Accounts are generally closed in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Suspected money laundering.
• Provision of false information.
• Account held by a minor.
• Extended inactivity (18 months or more).

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a breach of these Terms.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered "inactive" if there has been no transaction or login for 18 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts each month until the balance reaches zero.

9. Limitation of Liability

bdt1k bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from improper storage of account credentials by the user.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

In any case, our total liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the dispute being raised.
